  • The University of Minnesota is a complex institution, and there are a few offices that use eShipGlobal services. Sometimes students send requests to the wrong office for shipment. This recently happened and staff were puzzled about how to resolve it (the offices involved are not located in the same vicinity). I told them I was sure eShipGlobal could resolve this. I started a chat session through the "Contact Us" link on their web site, and the issue was resolved within 30 seconds.
