Canceling a Shipment/Refund for a shipment

If you need to cancel a shipment that you have created, follow these instructions:

  1. Send an email to support [studentsupport@eshipglobal.com], requesting cancellation.
  2. The email should provide the order number of the shipment and also reason for cancellation.
  3. Please do not give out your credit card details in the email.
  4. If the University has processed your shipment but has not shipped out your documents, we will refund the amount, after confirmation from the University.
  5. Processing the refund might take anywhere between 1 to 2 weeks from the date of the cancellation request.
