Receive a Package from an University
Click on
Receive Package from University from the Home page and follow these instructions:
- Click the appropriate state on the menu or select state from the drop down list.
- Select the University and click on Continue.
- Select the Department and click on Continue.
- Complete the shipping form and click on Continue.
- On the confirmation page, check your shipment details and select your desired service from the available options (We use either FedEx or DHL).
- On the same page, fill out the credit card information form.
- Click on Confirm and on successful shipment creation, you will be presented with an order number on the shipment summary page
- The University is notified about your request. The necessary documents will be sent to your address as soon as
the University processes your request.
- Once your University ships your package, you will receive an email that will include your tracking number to track the shipment through delivery.
Send a Package to an University
Click on
Send a Package to University from the Home page and follow these instructions:
- Click the appropriate state on the menu or select state from the drop down list.
- Select the University and click on Continue.
- Select the Department and click on Continue.
- Complete the shipping form and click on Continue.
- On the confirmation page, click on FedEx service and click continue.
- Click on Confirm and on successful shipment creation, you will be presented with the shipment summary page.
- Print the airwaybill, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the closest FedEx location.
